I have had an interesting and varied career, which has taken me from managing a small animal veterinary practice in London, to consultancy, to 15 years of managing big global programmes in the Financial Services industry.

What I loved most about my career was the opportunity it gave me to meet a huge variety of people.

I truly believe that the more we can connect to each other as human beings, the richer our lives can be, both personally and professionally.

Coaching gives me the opportunity to share this amazing gift of connection. I work with my clients on establishing what is really important to them. This provides context to why they feel and react the way they do, and empowers them to make decisions as to how they want to show up, and what kind of leader they want to be.

When I am not coaching, I can be found either at home, nurturing my family connections, or in the dojo, where I exercise self-care in the form of Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
